1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Play&Cash mobile application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, specifically reward payouts, you may be required to register for an account using a third-party service (e.g., Google). You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activities or actions under your account.

3. Rewards and Payouts

The Service allows you to earn points or virtual currency ("Rewards") by completing tasks, such as playing games. These Rewards are not real money and have no cash value until they are redeemed through an available payout option (e.g., PayPal, gift cards). Play&Cash reserves the absolute right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Rewards as it sees fit. Furthermore, Play&Cash reserves the full right to deny or cancel any payout request for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities in connection with your use of the Service:

  • Use of VPNs or Proxies: Using any virtual private network (VPN), proxy, or other means to obscure the true source of traffic or your location is strictly forbidden.
  • Automation and Bots: Using any bots, scripts, emulators, auto-clickers, or other automated programs to interact with the Service or to accumulate Rewards is prohibited.
  • Multiple Accounts: Creating or using more than one account per person or device ("alternate accounts") is strictly prohibited.
  • Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of the application is forbidden.
  • Fraudulent Activity: Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity to generate Rewards, including exploiting bugs or glitches in the Service or third-party offer providers.
  • Unauthorized Access: Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security of, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.

Violation of any of these rules may result in the immediate termination of your account and the forfeiture of all earned Rewards.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Play&Cash, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
